On October 13, 2023, Aoya Education Group and China Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association successfully held a signing ceremony in Fei. Zhao Sen, Assistant Secretary General of China Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, Lu Cheng, Secretary of Aoya Education Group, Zhang Pengfei, General manager of Minsi Technology Co., LTD., and other relevant leaders attended the signing ceremony.
The Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association of China, a non-profit social organization, is the sole legal representative of China (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) in the International Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (IAOPA). In terms of UAV vocational skills training and grade identification, the UAV Division of the Association assisted relevant ministries in the discussion and formulation of UAV-related standards, and established a training system of "UAV vocational education and training institutions" in colleges and universities. The association has actively cooperated with many parties to carry out a series of UAV brand activities and events, including "International Aerial Robot Competition", "China AOPA UAV Professional Skills Competition" and "UAV Talent Training Forum".
At the symposium, Secretary Lu Cheng warmly welcomed the arrival of Zhao Sen, Assistant Secretary General of China Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, and briefly introduced the current development status of the group. Subsequently, Zhao Sen, assistant secretary general, explained in detail China's UAV flight control policy, UAV industry development prospects, UAV control education and training status quo and qualification access threshold, and said that Aoya Education Group's school scale, achievements, reputation by all walks of life unanimously recognized, hoping to sign as a starting point, the two sides complement each other's advantages and win-win cooperation.
