Aoya runs its own school and is responsible for its own profits and losses; The school, as an independent legal entity, shall bear social and legal responsibilities in accordance with the law.

Provide educational venues, including all hardware investments in school building construction and decoration, educational and teaching facilities and equipment, with a quality not lower than the current standards of Aoya.

Assist schools in obtaining various educational qualifications and implementing preferential policies for education.

After the termination of the cooperation, the assets invested by both parties shall belong to each other.

Aoya is responsible for providing educational venues, courses, teaching, and daily management.

The partner is responsible for enrollment (including existing student sources), and can also provide some characteristic courses and teaching staff. Both parties will share profits proportionally.
